Las Vegas, NV – Las Vegas dining scene is about to get a flavorful upgrade this fall with the much-anticipated arrival of Mokbar,

celebrated Korean eatery by celebrity chef Esther Choi.

This will be first West Coast location for Mokbar and fifth in United States,

marking another milestone for Chef Choi, a well-known TV personality and culinary innovator.

Caesars Palace continues to expand its culinary empire, offering guests a diverse array of dining options in one of the most iconic settings on the Las Vegas Strip.

Esther Choi, inspired by her Korean heritage and the traditional cooking methods of her grandmother, has created a menu at Mokbar that caters to both seasoned Korean food enthusiasts and those new to the cuisine. menu will feature a variety of dishes that have become fan favorites at her other locations, including:
