Sphere Accessible seating is available through Ticketmaster or by contacting Accessibility Services Department.
You can reach them at [email protected] or 725-258-6724 from Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT, and Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT. If you require ticket relocation or have accessibility needs, please contact department in advance.
Arriving at Sphere Las Vegas
Sphere Accessible Entrances: Guests can access Sphere via Sands Avenue at East or West Entry. Venetian pedestrian bridge is also accessible from Venetian Resort.
Parking: Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis both onsite and in nearby lots. For more information, visit Sphere parking guide.
Special Dietary Needs: sphere Guests with medical dietary restrictions can arrange to bring outside food or beverages by contacting [email protected] or 725-258-6724.
Service Animals: Service animals are welcome. Guests planning to bring a service animal are encouraged to notify the Accessibility Services Department ahead of time.
Onsite Experience
Sphere Elevators and Escalators: Both elevators and escalators are available throughout Sphere, with operators to assist guests.
Accessible Restrooms: All sphere las vegas restrooms are accessible, and family/all-gender restrooms are located throughout.
Wheelchair Escorts: Complimentary wheelchair escorts to seats are available, but wheelchairs cannot be used for the entire event.
Accessible Seating: Options include movable armrests and armless chairs. Sphere Guests needing specific seating should make arrangements 48 hours in advance.
Electrical Outlets: Available throughout the venue for medical devices like ventilators. Contact [email protected] for details.
Sphere Sensory and Special Effects
Sphere offers sensory accommodations through a partnership with KultureCity, including sensory bags and designated Sensory Rooms. Events may include haptics, flashing lights, and other immersive effects. Sphere vegas Guests with medical concerns should consult their physician.
Assistive Listening Devices (ALD): Available at Guest Services on levels 2 and 6. A form of ID is required to borrow an ALD.
Braille ATMs: Reverse ATMs feature braille number pads and voice activation.
Closed Captioning and Sign Language: Closed captioning for select events and sign language interpretation are available upon request, made at least two weeks in advance.
