Rock icon Roger Daltrey, legendary frontman of The Who,
is embarking on an exciting solo UK tour in April and May 2025,
bringing a fresh blend of classic hits, personal stories,
and audience interaction to cities like London, Brighton, Manchester, and more.
The tour, titled Alive & Kicking … and Having Fun!,
offers fans an intimate experience featuring not only iconic songs
from The Who but also Daltrey’s solo hits, dating back nearly five decades.
Alongside his band—a talented nine-piece ensemble, including The Who’s collaborator Simon Townshend and an array of skilled musicians—Daltrey will present acoustic and semi-acoustic renditions of well-loved songs, showcasing his unique voice in a new light.
In addition to music, Daltrey’s shows will incorporate a Q&A segment, where fans can hear personal insights and stories from his extraordinary career. “Here we go again!” Daltrey enthused about the tour. “It’s a joy to be on stage performing – up close and personal for the audience, chatting with them and playing familiar songs in an unfamiliar way.” These sessions allow fans to connect with Daltrey on a deeper level, adding a rare dimension to concerts.
